1. The following information provided by you is treated as strictly confidential: email address, your login name and password, security question and answer, account expiry date, and any other information you may have exchanged with us through emails for example.
2. Your email address is required solely for communication between Encounterz administrators and yourself. We will not pass on or sell your email address to any other person or organisation, neither will it appear anywhere on the website.
3. We strongly advise you not to put any information in your profile that could allow others to where you live, your phone number, or other personal information. When we process your application we may remove any such information.
4. Messages between users are not availablr for anyone else to read. Messages are normally deleted after a month, so if you want to keep them you should copy them and save them on your own computer
